Grains….are they really “bad” for you? Or could the problem be how we are preparing them? Come and learn about good grains/bad grains, freshly ground flour/processed flour, and how the sourdough process “changes” the grain.
This is a hands-on workshop where you will be making muffins, pancakes, fritters and crepes. After attending this workshop, you will take home an organic sourdough starter and be fully prepared to begin making all these wonderful sourdough treats in your own home.
