This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to care for your starter and how to make sourdough bread! From start to finish, you will learn how to feed your starter, mix and knead a loaf, shape and bake! This workshop is the perfect complement to Sourdough 101 -- and if you attend both classes, you get a workshop fee savings of $20!
We will discuss grains….are they really “bad” for you? Or could the problem be in how we are preparing them? Come and learn about good grains/bad grains, freshly ground flour/processed flour, and how the sourdough process “changes” the grain.
All organic ingredients provided at the Workshop. Complete recipe packet included.
